2. How We Use Your Information
- Report generation: We use the business information you provide to research and generate your report.
- Report delivery: We use your email to send your report and, if applicable, purchase receipts.
- Service improvement: We may analyze aggregate, anonymized usage patterns to improve our services.
- Communication: We may email you about your report, in response to your inquiries, or to share relevant business insights. We may also contact business owners using publicly available information when we believe our services may be of genuine value. Every outreach email includes an unsubscribe option, and we honor all opt-out requests immediately.
3. Business Outreach
We may use publicly available business information (such as company name, industry, location, and contact details from public directories and websites) to reach out to business owners who may benefit from our services. This outreach is conducted in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act and includes:
- A clear unsubscribe mechanism in every email.
- Our physical mailing address in every email.
- Accurate sender identification and subject lines.
- Prompt processing of all opt-out requests (within 10 business days).
If you receive an outreach email from us and wish to opt out, simply click the unsubscribe link or reply with "unsubscribe." We will never contact you again.

6. Data Storage and Security
Business information submitted through our forms is stored temporarily in Cloudflare's infrastructure to facilitate report generation and payment processing. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmission. Payment data is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe.
7. Data Retention
- Free report data: Business information submitted for free snapshots is retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
- Paid report data: Business information and purchase records are retained for the duration required by tax and accounting obligations (typically 7 years for financial records).
- Reports: Generated reports may be retained internally for quality assurance purposes.
8. Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, which may set cookies to collect anonymized usage data. Third-party services (Google Analytics, Google Fonts, Calendly, Stripe) may also set their own cookies. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to request or receive reports.
9. Automated Processing
Our reports are generated using automated analysis systems. The business information you submit is processed by automated tools that analyze publicly available data to produce insights and recommendations.
