Fellowcraft AI provides business intelligence reports and consulting services. Our reports are generated using proprietary automated analysis systems and publicly available data. Reports are intended as informational tools to support business decision-making. No human analyst reviews individual reports before delivery unless explicitly arranged as part of a consulting engagement.

By using our services, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Report Disclaimer

Our reports are generated by AI using publicly available data sources. While we strive for accuracy:

• Reports should be treated as a starting point for further exploration, not as financial, legal, or professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information in our reports.
• Business decisions should not be made solely on the basis of our reports.
• Revenue projections, market estimates, and competitive data are approximations based on available information and stated assumptions.

3. Purchases and Payments

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms. All prices are in US dollars.

Reports are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email is correct, as we cannot redirect delivery after processing begins.

4. Refund Policy

Because our reports are digitally generated and delivered immediately, refunds are generally not available. However, if you believe your report contains material errors, was not delivered, or does not substantially match the product description, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue, which may include a revised report or a full refund at our discretion.

5. Free Reports

Free business snapshots are provided at no cost with no obligation. We may use the information you provide (company name, industry, location) to generate your report. We will not sell your information to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Reports delivered to you are yours to use for internal business purposes. You may share reports within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports commercially without our written permission.

The Fellowcraft AI name, logo, website design, and underlying technology remain our property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false information through our forms.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or exploit our services or API.
• Use our reports to defame, harass, or harm any business or individual.
• Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer our website or report generation process.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make a purchase.

9. Service Availability

We strive to deliver reports promptly but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or services. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to third-party API outages, internet disruptions, or force majeure events.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fellowcraft AI and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your use of report content in a manner that harms any third party.

13. Consulting Services

Consulting engagements (implementation, custom development, infrastructure setup) are governed by separate statements of work agreed upon before work begins. These Terms apply to all interactions with our website and standard report products.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Dispute Resolution

Each party shall bear its own costs. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action.
